ASHIC: Hierarchical Bayesian modeling of diploid chromatin contacts and structures

Abstract: The recently developed Hi-C technique has been widely applied to map genome-wide chromatin interactions. However, current methods for analyzing diploid Hi-C data cannot fully distinguish between homologous chromosomes.
