Asian American Women in the Academy: Multiple Success Case Study of their Leadership Labyrinths and Practices<br /> &nbsp;

Abstract: This paper sheds light on academic leadership pathways and practices of Asian American women (AAW) in higher education in the United States (U.S.) under intersectionality of social and institutional identities/elements. The preliminary intersection model of these identities/elements is the ultimate outcome of the paper.
