Aspectos clínicos del trastorno obsesivocompulsivo y trastornos relacionados.

Abstract: El trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo (TOC) es una condición clínica heterogénea que presenta una prevalencia del 2% y causa una gran disfuncionalidad. Se han descrito cuatro dimensiones clínicas en esta entidad: simetría/orden, contaminación/lavado, acumulación y sexual/religiosa/agresión.
