Aspects Concerning the Processing of Observations in Support Networks Related to Hydropower Objectives

Abstract: Models for processing geodetic observations made in support networks related to hydropower objectives are the ones used in general geodetic networks. For geodetic observations processing, based on the type of measurements made, are used mathematical models corresponding to indirect and conditioned measurements of same precision or different precision. The purpose of this paper is to highlight some aspects regarding the importance of using mathematical models for processing observations in support networks rela… Show more

“…(Bădescu et al, 2011;Bădescu et al, 2012;Arsene et al, 2015) The average errors of the points of the classical constructions drawn with the help of current engineering measurements are in the range of 2.5-3.5 mm, while the standard deviations of the drawing of the coordinates must be between 0.8 and 2.5 mm. (Pop et al, 2013;Ortelecan et al, 2014;Farcaș et al, 2016;Sestraș et al, 2016) In the case of constructions or technological equipment of a special nature, the accuracy of the work of marking the points needs to be in the range of 1-2.5 mm, the standard deviations of the positioning of the coordinates thus not exceeding 0.7-1.8 mm. (Pop et al, 2013;Ortelecan et al, 2014;Farcaș et al, 2016;Sestraș et al, 2016) Thus, in order to ensure the compliant functionality of some special equipment or constructions, it is necessary to significantly increase the accuracy of the engineering geodetic measurements.…”

(Ficior et al, 2011;Herbei et al, 2016;Manea et al, 2016) In the case of conventional positioning in the field of classical constructions, the necessary equipment is sufficient to achieve accuracies for determining a direction of ± 10cc, which would mean a medium-precision theodolite; in the case of the installation of some industrial equipment, the precision requirements, make that in the choice of the equipment necessary for this type of works a much more careful analysis is imposed on the possibilities offered.…”

(Ortelecan et al, 2014;Vele et al, 2014) As a result of extracting a volume of useful minerals from a deposit, the state of stress and strain from the massif changes the form. This has the effect of destroying the stability of surrounding rocks, so fractured rocks from the excavation contour are set in motion.…”
