Abstract: Bilateral perirenal haematoma: case reportAn approximately 61-year-old woman developed bilateral perirenal haematoma during prophylactic treatment with aspirin for ischaemic stroke.The woman was diagnosed amyloid light-chain amyloidosis at the age of 53 years.
