Assessing Dietary Fat Intake in Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Programs

Abstract: The HFD is an inexpensive, valid, and reliable clinical instrument for assessing dietary fat. It can be a viable alternative to other time-consuming methods, including computerized analysis.
