Assessing Efficiency of the Coniferous Energy Supplement in the Diet of Dairy Cows for Maintaining Productive Health

Abstract: Objective: This study was aimed at assessing efficiency of the original coniferous energy supplement in the diet of cows at the end of the dry period -beginning of lactation -for improving the energy density of diets, enriching them with vitamins and major and minor nutrient elements, improving milk productivity, and maintaining productive health. Methods:The scientific-production experiment was performed on the basis of the "Lukoshkino" unit of the "Klenovo-Chegodaevo" research farm (Moscow) on twenty cows. T… Show more

“…Ряд авторов также изучали возможность модуляции рубцовой микрофлоры в рубце овец и молодняка крупного рогатого скота с использованием биологически активных веществ (44)(45)(46)(47). Использование фитиобиотических и минеральных компонентов в составе рациона жвачных способствовало усилению ферментативных и микробиальных процессов в рубце.…”

“…Obtaining it in the conditions of the zone of man-made pollution impact imposes special requirements on manufacturers to ensure the safety of the product. The use of natural feed additives with ion-exchange and adsorbing properties makes it possible to obtain a safe product [19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27].…”

“…As a result, large, highly productive animals having high genetic potential for productivity and well adapted to industrial milk production were obtained. They are able to show good average daily milk yields throughout lactation, produce for a long time without a sharp decrease in milk yield, but a decrease in reproductive ability was noted [22][23][24][25][26][27]. The study of the dynamics of live weight of cows with age and its relationship with milk productivity is relevant and has practical significance.…”
