Assessing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Conventional Farms Based on the Farm Accountancy Data Network

Abstract: The agricultural sector in Poland accounted for 8% of the country's total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2014 [1]. It was the second largest source after the energy sector (81.3%) [1]. From 1988 to 2014 in Poland, GHG emissions from agriculture have decreased by 36%, whereas in the European Union (EU) the decrease has been 24% since 1990 [1-2].
