Abstract:This review of the literature on suicide prevention programs targeting people who identify as LGBTQI found scant research in this area. However, the available evidence allows tentative directions to be drawn to guide prevention efforts targeting this group. Studies included in the review looked at legislative initiatives (e.g. same-sex marriage), community programs and therapeutic interventions.
