Assessing the factors of employees' intrapreneurial behaviour: an Indian context

Abstract: PurposeThis paper evaluates the factors that help in enabling the intrapreneurial behaviour amongst the employees according to their importance. This study will evaluate the relationship between these factors and intrapreneurship.
