Abstract:There is a need for new natural products with antimicrobial activity to treat multidrug resistant bacteria that can cause human illness. Some of them are foodborne pathogens. Two different Gram-negative psychrotrophic strains were isolated from healthy trout river samples (Salmotrutta).
