Assessing the Level of Work Preparedness of Final-Year BSc Quantity Surveying Students at University of Rwanda

“…One approach to accomplish this is to conduct a graduate self-assessment to establish their degree of readiness for the workplace. The evaluation feedback is critical for training improvements and curriculum creation for institutions (Kibwami et al, 2020) and for identifying competency areas of strength, weakness, and improvement of graduates before entering the world of work.
