“…The above results highlight that the spatial characteristics of urban green spaces can provide benefits and specific uses for older adults and can influence potential benefits for older people, such as higher levels of social support. [71] UK Omnibus survey 7272 persons (16% aged ≥ 65years) A total of 20 articles [1,[47][48][49][50][53][54][55]63,[73][74][75][76][77][78][79][80][81][82][83] were included in the review of the study on the correlation between green characteristics of urban green spaces and subjective wellbeing of older adults, reporting 11 analyses related to green characteristics of urban green spaces. For a description of the included articles and analyses, see Table 3.…”

“…For example, UGWs are open spaces with varying widths that run parallel to roads and provide public access for recreational purposes. It is possible that greenways may improve the environment of urban regions, replace the lack of green space in advanced metropolitan regions, and offer stress-relieving and recreational possibilities for urban residents, strengthening their emotional links to the area [ 9 ]. There has been a lot of research on the advantages of urban green spaces, but most of it has concentrated on park visitors rather than those who live near them.…”

“…Based on land ownership, Green Open Space (GOS) consists of public green open space and private green open space [9]. Previous studies have shown that green space impacts climate and air quality in cities [10], especially with the reduction of particulate matter (PM) [11] and the acceleration of human well-being [12]. Therefore, inadequate green open space in the area of the "Awit Sinar Alam Darajat" tourism object may result in increasing heat, decreased air quality, and human well-being.…”
