Assessment of a Faculty and Preceptor Development Intervention to Foster Self-Awareness and Self-Confidence

Abstract: Objective. To conduct and evaluate the outcomes of a pharmacy faculty and preceptor development program to foster self-awareness and self-confidence. Methods.
