Abstract:Objective: Residual and recurrence infection can be prevented by a root canal sealer that possesses good antibacterial activity, which contributes to the success of endodontic therapy. This in-vitro study conducted to evaluate the antibacterial activity of five endodontic sealers (MTA fillapex, HS Mxima MTA, Endosequence BC sealer, BioRoot RCS, and AH plus) against Enterococcus faecalis using agar diffusion test.
