Assessment of color and contact angle changes in waterborne stained wood under natural weathering condition of South Korea’s summer climate

Abstract: This study aimed to develop a waterborne stain (WBS) that protects against weathering and increases resistance of wood to fungi when exposed to heavy rainfall. The WBS was prepared using an antibacterial agent, insect repellent, and copper nanoparticle solution (CN) as a surface coating agent.
