Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the knowledge and practices of Turkish women about traditional practices regarding postpartum placenta and umbilical cord.
Method: This descriptive study was conducted with a total of 1,569 women from five regions in Turkey, who were selected by stratified random sampling method, between October 2021 and June 2022. The data were collected using a Google survey.
