Abstract:Introduction: Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) can cause of nosocomial diarrhoea and intestinal inflammation. Fecal calprotectin (fc) is a sensitive marker of intestinal inflammation, found to be associated with enteric bacterial infections as C. difficile infection (CDI).
