Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to determine damage/change occurring in the posterior tibial tendon of patients undergoing surgery for posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) and to correlate preoperative imaging and intraoperative findings with histology to determine the most appropriate investigations for diagnosis.
