A diploma supplement is essential for improving the integrated quality management of learning outcomes evaluation in engineering programs. The current study suggests that a comprehensive, resilient, novel and adaptable quality management system promote continuous improvement and improve outcomes in engineering schools, hence facilitating certification. Such a framework is essential for informing stakeholders about the student's level of accomplishment for soft skills, learning domains, and labor-market credentials. To provide comprehensive information reflecting the findings, the self-assessment result of each learning achievement item (the accomplishment level of each learning achievement item is presented on the radar chart) and the rubric used to validate the objectivity of the evaluation standard must be given. Attachment of supporting materials demonstrating the validity of the outcome-based education (OBE) analysis and results is required for hiring parties to recruit the graduates (statement of what type of activity was performed in which subject and why it is appropriate as the basis for the self-evaluation result of the learning outcome item). The present study's findings are critical in paving the way for increased career chances for the most qualified people.
