Assessment of narrow alveolar ridge expansion by ossiodensification vs. ridge splitting technique for dental implant placement

Abstract: Objectives: Comparing osseodensification vs. ridge splitting techniques in dental implant placement regarding implant stability, insertion torque, bone width and density.
