Abstract:BACKGROUND: Physical fitness in older adults is crucial due to decline in fitness, leading to negative health outcomes like falls, disability, and chronic disease. Assessing geriatric fitness helps identify health risks and take appropriate action, enabling independent living and improving physical performance, independence, and overall quality of life.
