Assessment of physicochemical diversity in fruit of Mauritanian date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) cultivars

Abstract: Date palm is an important food and economical crop in Mauritania. Date palm cultivars show great diversity in fruit morphological characteristics in the 'Adrar' region of Mauritania.
