The processes of centralization are characteristic for the modern Russian economy. On the one hand, local companies try to go through the process of consolidation and go beyond the individual territory. On the other hand, large holdings themselves come to the regions, displacing local enterprises in the process of competition. At the same time, the events of recent years show that the largest business proved to be quite vulnerable to external negative factorssanctions, oil price, exchange rate. Some experts state a hypothesis that the development of regional enterprises, less dependent on external global conditions, facilitates achievement of sustainable economic growth in the future. In this regard, the problems of the development of regional commercial banks are worth being paid attention at. It is believed that the well-being of these credit institutions is the result of long-term cooperation with the local population and business. Accordingly, if this relationship is correct, then the role of regional banks as financial intermediaries is important in ensuring sustainable development of both the economies of the regions and Russia as a whole. This paper is devoted to the basics of the functioning of regional commercial banks. It discloses the nature and the main characteristics of these banks as well as identifies the positions of both domestic and foreign researchers. Moreover, it conducts an analysis of the development of regional commercial banks in their dynamics and in their comparison with a group of federal banks.

Розглянуто позитивні наслідки застосування емоційного капіталу керівників. Підкреслено проблематику кількісного визначення частки нематеріальних активів через прихований прояв емоційної компетентності та неможливості відокремлення емоційної компетентності від носія. Досліджено перелік емоційних компетенцій як складників емоційного інтелекту, розвиток яких приводить до формування емоційного капіталу менеджерів та сприяє збільшенню фінансових надходжень підприємства. Ключові слова: емоційний капітал, інтелектуальний капітал, нематеріальні активи, прихований ресурс, доходи підприємства. Статья раскрывает специфику и сущность эмоционального капитала менеджеров как скрытого нематериального ресурса, который является результатом использования набора эмоциональных компетенций, носит синергетический характер и приводит к увеличению доходов предприятия, формирует превышение рыночной стоимости компании над суммой стоимости ее реальных активов. Рассмотрены положительные последствия применения эмоционального капитала руководителей. Подчеркнуто проблематику количественного определения доли нематериальных активов из-за скрытого проявления эмоциональной компетентности и невозможности отделения эмоциональной компетентности от носителя. Исследован перечень эмоциональных компетенций как составляющих эмоционального интеллекта, развитие которых приводит к формированию эмоционального капитала менеджеров и способствует увеличению финансовых поступлений предприятия. Ключевые слова: эмоциональный капитал, интеллектуальный капитал, нематериальные активы, скрытый ресурс, доходы предприятия. The article reveals the specifics and essence of emotional capital of managers as a hidden intangible resource that is the result of using a set of emotional competencies, is synergistic and increases the company's income, forms the excess of market value over the value of its real assets. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that recent studies of the success of leading companies show a correlation between the emotional intelligence of management and financial results of companies. Managers who acquire emotional competencies in various management situations during their professional careers, gain experience in managing their emotions during communication, the ability to empathize and build lasting long-term relationships are sure to increase the market value of the company.
