Abstract: Rational use of medicines (RUM) ensures patients receive appropriate medications at the right dose, frequency, and duration. This study evaluated RUM in hospitalized adults at a multi-specialty hospital in Chennai, India. An inpatient cohort was screened for RUM compliance.
