Assessment of recipients’ characteristics, transfusion appropriateness, and utilization pattern of blood and blood products in Jimma Medical Center, Jimma, Ethiopia

Abstract: Background As blood transfusion remains life-saving and is being frequently prescribed, a greater number of its practice is unnecessary or inappropriate.
