Assessment of Slope Stability by the Fellenius Slice Method: Analytical and numerical approach

Abstract: Slope stability is a topic of great importance in civil engineering, as slope failures can cause considerable damage to infrastructure and downstream properties. In this study, we applied the Fellenius slice method, using both the analytical method, as well as the numerical method, which was performed using the SLOPE/W module of the Geostudio software.
