Abstract:Purpose: This study assessed the stability of nano-coated hydroxyapatite implants in the posterior maxilla after early loading.Materials and Methods: This study was conducted on nine patients missing at least one maxillary posterior tooth. Ten nano-coated hydroxyapatite implants were inserted in nine patients and subjected to early loading according to the secondary stability readings taken by Osstell®.
