Abstract:Objectives
To assess the level of stress and burnout among nurses and its association with demographic variables among nurses.
Material and Methods
A non-experimental descriptive research design was undertaken to conduct the study among 110 nurses working in Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital at Puducherry using a convenient sampling technique. Data was collected using the Perceived stress scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).
