Assessment of Sugar and Mineral Components in Taif Pomegranate Granules Using Spectral and Microanalytical Analyses

Abstract: For the first time this article was focused on the use of spectral and microanalytical tests to investigate the sugar and mineral contents in Taif Pomegranate Granule Ingredients (TPGIs).
