Assessment of the genotoxicity and cytotoxicity of etazolate in cultured human lymphocytes

Abstract: Etazolate is a pyrazolopyridine compound that exhibits a range of pharmacological mechanisms, including inhibition of phosphodiesterase-4 activity and modulation of the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) signaling pathway.
