Assessment of the Microbiological Quality of Ready-To Fry Frozen Chicken-Based Snack Items Sold in Bangladesh

Abstract: Microorganisms that are capable of spoiling the product during chill storage as well as several foodborne pathogens can be present in frozen snacks.
