Assessment of the stability of processed broiler chicken under storage

Abstract: Meat is very nutritious and as such can easily be contaminated with microorganisms especially when stored under conditions where temperature cannot be controlled. This study was conducted to assess the storage stability of the processed meat type chicken. Differently processed chicken samples were carefully packaged in sterile high density polythene bags.
