Assessment of the technical state and the possibility of its control for the further safe operation of building structures of mining facilities

Abstract: There are about 200 operating mines in Ukraine, most of which have not been reconstructed for more than 20 years. Modern anthropogenic and ecological impacts are caused by local technogenic catastrophes and the global ecological crisis. The statistical data on the safety of Ukrainian mines were considered. A literary analysis has been made of advanced expertise in the technical state assessment of the building structures. The purpose of the study is to make optimal decisions when constructing, operating and ma… Show more

“…This is explained by the fact that such objects are themselves sources of threats and emergencies [5], and their activity is key for the existence of the state and the life of the population [6]. With the expansion of spheres of activity, danger lies in wait for a person on the ground, in the air, and underground [7]. At the same time, active digitalization provoked new threats [8] related to the information sphere.…”

Es < (10) If for measures (3) and ( 4) the corresponding conditions (7) to (10) are satisfied, then it is assumed that the values of the measures turn out to be insignificant and a decision is made in favor of the considered null hypothesis at a given level of significance. Otherwise, the null hypothesis with the given level of significance is rejected.…”

“…Usually, any threats and dangerous events are assessed by the level of damage they cause and the frequency of their occurrence. From the point of view of the maximum frequency of occurrence and the magnitude of damage, there are threats and dangerous events caused by fires in the premises (FP) [9]. Significant damage from FP is explained both by harm to human health [10,11] and to the objects themselves [12].…”

“…At the same time, the highest intensity of dangerous events is associated with fires (F) [3]. Such events pose both a serious threat to human life and cause partial or complete destruction of objects for various purposes [4]. Indirect factors of fire fighting, accompanying the processes of localization and elimination of fires, also negatively affect the environment.…”
