Abstract:Background and aimsOral lichen planus (OLP) is an inflammatory mucocutaneous disorder with an immune‐mediated pathogenesis. The tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α) level in the serum of OLP patients is significantly higher than in the control group.
