Assessment of Well-Being at Work of Information Technology Professionals

Abstract: The study evaluated 283 Information Technology professionals of Brazilian technology companies regarding well-being at work. For data collection, the Psychosocial Well-Being Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory, associated with the Utrech Work Engagement Scale, were used. In general, positive evaluations for psychosocial well-being and engagement, as well as, lack of characteristics of Burnoutpredominated.
