Assessment of yield and quality of double-spore champignon mushrooms

Abstract: The article presents the results of experimental data characterizing the yield and quality of double-spore champignon mushrooms obtained by their cultivation on the substrate with the use of organic additives of plant and animal origin - waste of food and processing industries: sunflower husks, meat and buckwheat meal and coarse grains. The yield of mushrooms is estimated by periods of substrate preparation (winter and summer) and fruit-bearing waves. Higher yield of mushrooms of mushrooms of double-spore cham… Show more

“…Earlier studies prove that the period of fruiting and yield of Agaricus bisporus mushrooms directly depends on the time of substrate preparation -in a substrate prepared in winter, the main yield of mushrooms was recorded at the first flush, while on a substrate prepared in summer the yield of products and yield of the first two flushes were at a fairly high level [8,9].…”

“…In Russian agriculture, as in a number of other countries' agricultural production, there is a special form of commodity producers -personal subsidiary plots [1][2][3][4][5]. Assessment of their efficiency, production volume and production potential is a rather difficult task due to their large number, small size, consumer nature and the lack of mandatory reporting [6][7][8][9][10][11]. At the same time, personal subsidiary plots play a significant role in providing agricultural products to the country population (Table 1).…”
