Abstract: The Philippines’ Universal Health Care (UHC) Law are indeed one of the public policies that are considered mandatory towards our health care interventions and primarily concern with the basic healthcare problems like the Covid-19 Pandemic that strikes the Philippines last 2020-2022, and the healthcare services towards Filipinos.
