Finally, the high degree of acceptance and enjoyment reported when using exergames in children and adolescents should be considered 44,45 , as well as the favorable effect on the level of physical activity 44 and physical capacity 46 , taking into account that this population has low levels of physical activity 47,48 , and that they perceived a greater decrease during the COVID-19 pandemic 49 .
