Association Between Perivascular Adipose Tissue Density and Atherosclerosis in the Descending Thoracic Aorta

Abstract: Radiodensity measured by computed tomography (CT) in Hounsfield Units (HU) is emerging as a clinical tool for detecting perivascular adipose tissue (PVAT) inflammation.
