Association between postoperative delirium and postoperative cerebral oxygen desaturation in older patients after cardiac surgery

Abstract: Background: Near-infrared spectroscopy non-invasively measures regional cerebral oxygen saturation. Intraoperative cerebral desaturations have been associated with worse neurological outcomes.
