“…The Great East Japan Earthquake (GEJE), which was followed by a devastating tsunami, hit the northeastern coastal area of Japan on 11th March, 2011 and left approximately 18,500 people dead or missing (Ishigaki et al 2013). Although six years have passed, 119,000 survivors have still had to evacuate from their hometowns because of their dwelling environments and accidents of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant (Hagiwara et al 2017a).
