Association of Braden scale and subscale scores of patients with and without open wound pressure ulcers

Abstract: Background: PU is caused by physical elements such as shearing forces, friction, and dampness. Long periods of sitting or lying in the same position without moving can cause ischemia and necrosis of the skin and underlying tissues in patients with neurological problems.
