Abstract:A male physician, 77 years of age, presented with COVID-19 on April 17, 2021. He had severe insomnia and increase in night-time Blood Pressure (BP) as shown by self-measurements. He was administered Natrum Salicylicum 30 C (3 pills thrice daily) and a tincture (Gelsemium 200 C, once daily; 5 drops in 50 ml water at mid-day).
