Association of Genetic Polymorphism of Tumor Necrosis Factor-α in the Development of Coronary Heart Disease in Elderly Patients

Abstract: The research project outlines a new look at the concept of "inflammaging" and the role of the subclinical inflammatory process in various age-associated pathology, in particular coronary heart disease.
