Association of occupational heat exposure and colorectal cancer in the MCC-Spain study

Abstract: Heat exposures are common in many occupations, and the number of exposed workers is rising due to climate change. Occupational heat exposure may be relevant for cancer risk, but current knowledge is limited. Our study is among the first to explore associations between occupational heat exposure and colorectal cancer risk. Overall, this study provides no clear evidence for a positive association.
