Association of Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1 Gene Polymorphisms and Methylene Tetrahydrofolate Reductase Polymorphisms with Spontaneous Miscarriages

Abstract: Aim: The objective of this study was to investigate a possible correlation between the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) and methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) polymorphisms and unexplained spontaneous miscarriages (SM).
