Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) patients demonstrated exaggerated postural blood pressure dip in recumbency that was positively correlated with severity of glaucomatous optic neuropathy (GON). Postural dip testing can be used clinically as a marker of systemic vascular dysregulation in GON risk assessment.
