Association of renal hyperfiltration with incident proteinuria - A nationwide registry study

Abstract: To elucidate the association between renal hyperfiltration (RHF) and incident proteinuria, the data from 11,559,520 Korean adults who had undergone health screenings ≥ 3 times between 2009 and 2014 and had glomerular filtration rate (GFR) ≥60 mL/min/1.73m2 and negative dipstick test for proteinuria at baseline, were retrospectively analyzed.
