Abstract:Breast cancer (BC) is one of gynecological cancers worldwide. Because E-cadherin is essential protien for cells connection and maintains on original shape for epithelial tissue, this study supposed that CDH1 -160 C/A SNP is linked with increased BC hazard and assess linking between this SNP genotypes and prognostic and clinical features of BC females.
